A Scurry of Squirrels at Taupo

At Taupo on 7-1-15 a scurry of Squirrels were out and about.

I have already posted about ZK-HKC3 which was heading out with a TV cameraman to film the wreckage of the downed skydive plane in the lake.  But there were other Squirrels about including two rescue helicopters which thankfully were not need for any of the parachutists or pilot of the downed plane.

ZK-HZM2 is an AS 350B2 model owned by Search and Rescue Services Ltd of Taupo, and operates as the Trustpower TECT Rescue Helicopter in the Bay of Plenty.

ZK-HZJ3,  another AS 350B2 model is also owned by Search and Rescue Services Ltd  and operates as the Greenlea Rescue Helicopter at Taupo. (Greenlea is a Waikato based meat processing company).

ZK-HBW3 is yet another AS 350B2 and is owned by T and P Williams Ltd of Taupo.

And there was at least one other Squirrel in a hangar, being Helicopter Services (BOP) Ltd's AS 355F2 ZK-IHF.
